Falleció en Eibar, el 16 de febrero de 2012, a los 81 años de edad después de recibir los Santos Sacramentos y la Bendición Apostólica de Su Santidad.Sus hijos: Iñaki, Maite y Carlos Sampayo; nietas: Eider e Irati; hermana: Begoña; hermanos políticos, sobrinos, primos y demás familiares. Ruegan a sus amistades encomienden su alma a Dios y asistan a los funerales que se celebrarán MAÑANA, SABADO, a las SIETE de la tarde, en la iglesia parroquial de SAN ANDRES APOSTOL, por todo lo cual les quedarán muy agradecidos.

Domicilio: Carlos Elgezua, 7 - 5.º Izda.Notas: El velatorio estará instalado en el Tanatorio de FUNEUSKADI - EIBAR (Avda. Otaola, 27 bajo) hoy viernes de 4 a 8 de la tarde. Mañana sábado será incinerado en la intimidad familiar.
